In my sessions lately, I am noticing that many of us need to pay some extra attention to our health and state of mind.  Some people need a little more sleep, or need to cook healthy meals.  I offer this reminder, try to make some time on the weekends for an extra hike, yoga class or workout, and stretch a little before bed.

I’m helping many people to find deep relaxation.  This is helping my clients catch health issues before they become more significant and to recover immune functioning, generally.  As I’ve said, this also allows people to think more clearly, which is sometimes the best remedy.

Mind-body issues are on the rise.  Jaw and shoulder tension as an example.  I am giving relief to people who are clenching or grinding and helping retrain their movement patterns. Upper and lower back tension is more internally based lately.  Tension is caused from too much sitting and thinking, rather than from as many external injuries.

Remember to drink lots of water when you are at your desk.  Look out the window and take short walks while gathering your thoughts, it will give your eyes and shoulders a little break.

Please make an appointment to relax your mind, relieve tightness and improve circulation.  The more we invest in our health and well-being, the more our greatest asset is protected.
